can't access new domain

We have now 3 domains. Newest one is 2003 but running in 2000 mixed. The
issue is when trying to access this new domain from network places in NT 4.0
domain. It says the path is not found. I don’t have this issue from other two
domains. I can access all three domains from those two in any possible
combination. Also, I can't set up Trust successfully between NT4.0 and this
new one. I am not sure what I did wrong. I can ping the controllers to and
from each other. Any ideas? Any tools I can use to troubleshoot this issue?
Why would this work one way? Please help. I need to get this going and then
establish the trust as I need to migrate users and groups from NT domain to
the new one. Thanks in advance. George
