ADAM Error: "A referral was returned..."

Hi All,

I am newbie and have installed ADAM on Windows 2003.

I am trying to create the OUs which are specified in the .ldif file format.

However, while executing the command ldifde, I get the error, "A referral
was returned".

What could be wrong and when does this error is returned.

Any pointer/help?

TIA
S P
