AD migration Win2000 to Win2003

We are migrating our AD structure from Win2000 to Win2003 as it is quite
messy and it is just time to upgrade. We want to build a new parallel AD
Forest/Domain clean and pristine. We also want to separate our DNS name space
to create a public and internal(AD).
- Our current AD domain is already WXYZ.com and NetBIOS is WXYZ.
- We want to have two DNS domains, one internal AD (WXYZ.int or WXYZ.pri or
something of the sort) and an external WXYZ.com (our public). Will we have to
change the new internal NetBIOS name to something like WXYZi so that there is
no conflict with the current or can we keep WXYZ? Both Forests/Domains will
need to be up and running.
