Upgrading to 2003 Native will mean that you can no longer have Windows NT
4.0 BDC's in your environment. You can still have NT4 member servers, but
they cannot be functioning as domain controllers in any way. Hence, if you
have services that you require in NT 4.0, then I suggest researching whether
these services rely on the BDC functionality of NT or whether they can simply
run natively in NT4 as a member server. If they are crucial, then you may
want to keep them for now and look for a way to migrate the processes over.
