Hello Active Directory,

I would like to have a standardized desktop for several users.
Each user will have the same icons on their desktop when they log in to
the server. The work stations are Windows XP Pro, and the server is
Windows 2000 SP4. The various apps are loaded on each work station.

I have seen (and used) a ws script, that adds an icon to a users
desktop, if the applcation is loaded on the Workstn.

Is there a way (thru group policy, etc) that would allow me the
standardize the desktop (icon-wise, etc)

Hi Eric,

You can also create a custom default profile on the machines. Or Add the Icons for All Users.
