RENDOM requires you to have a full reliable connectivity between all of your
sites and DC. what it does is actual goes out and copies the modified script
on to all the DC, hence updating the DC and the Schema. Dynamic updates will
help you a lot in this process since there are lots of changes that are going
to take place requiring you to change DNS settings. Also, make sure you have
backed up all and any GPOs you have in the domain.
