Demoted DC still shows in AD Sites and Services
Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance
We demoted a Windows 2000 Domain Controller in a site that contains three
other DC's running Windows 2003. We have a single domain and all DC's are
GC's. The demoted DC still displays in AD Sites and Services. Shouldn't this
entry be removed automatically. Can I delete it manually with no
repercussions?
