Current situation - I walked into a company where every computer is pretty
much a stand alone system. The only thing the network is being used for is
internet access. Therefore, each person has files saved in thier computer.
Installed programs on some computer, but not others, etc.
What I want to do - I want to create an active directory in 2003 server to
centralize everything, so I can create permissions and keep track of
information and back up, etc. The problem is, I want everyone to be able to
log on to the active directory and get the same exact profile they see when
they open thier current standalones. Is this possible? Someone please help
me.
