Thanks for posting!

As Todd said, it could be related to the hardware of the server. Please
help me know if you can boot the server in Safe Mode. As the three scenario
listed in the Q 263532. If you still cannot boot the system normally in
Safe Mode, I suggest you perform an in-place upgrade repair.

If there is anything that is unclear, please feel free to let me know.
