RE: Intra-site replication SYSVOL/Domain-DFS-root..
Because the underlying replication systems are different (they share
connection objects, but NtFrs replicates SYSVOL but not NTDS.DIT changes),
and probably to allow you to configure less frequent replication for NtFrs
replicas (if they're meaty, etc.).
