I recommend you to re-install the Windows XP OS anyway since the computer
has been used by another company, for security reasons. How ever the
built-in administrator account can never be disabled when you booting into
safe mode. Logon using the built-in administrator account and remove the
computer from the domain to workgroup or another domain.
