scripting problem

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

I'm trying to run script described in
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/277717/EN-US/
but, I'm getting error:

C:\install>cscript chgdispl.vbs "OU=Testowa,DC=zm,DC=loc"
Microsoft (R) Windows Script Host Version 5.6
Copyright (C) Microsoft Corporation 1996-2001. All rights reserved.

OU=Test,DC=dm,DC=loc

Changing Display names of users in OU=Test,DC=dm,DC=loc
C:\install\chgdispl.vbs(21, 3) Active Directory: The directory property
cannot be found in the cache.

Any ideas what to do? I need to change display names for over 500 users, by
hand it's a lot of work..
