Enbable 'Adjust Clock for Daylight Savings' Cross-Network

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Somehow I wound up with a bunch of computers that dont have the 'Adjust Clock
for Daylight Savings Time' box checked from the 'Date and Time Properties'
applett, making the system clocks appear to be an hour slow.

This is a little emabarassing nd I have had no luck in finding a way to set
this by policy or login script. Has anybody else found a way to accomplish
this?
