universal group membership caching refresh

I am told that it is possible to change the refresh interval from 8 hours to
another value. Supposedly, this is possible on the same screen where you
enable universal group membership caching. I can find nothing, there, that
lets me set a refresh value. Does anyone know how this is accomplished?
