Hi

I think you want to lose the "_" (underscore) characters from your attribute
names, it's probably lDAPDisplayName that is blowing up in that respect but
it will make your life a lot easier if you just avoid special characters in
names
altogether.

Also make sure that you are using the ADAM version of ldifde, specify
%windir%\adam\ldifde in your batch file. The ADAM version has better
error reporting.
