You can always have the users do it themselves, by default they have the
permission to update their own personal information in the Directory.
In Win2k it is in Network places, double click the directory icon and expand
down to the OU they are in.
It is easier in XP, in Network Places, under Network tasks, Search Active
Directory, type in the name and click Find Now, each user should be able to
update their own personal information through the "Self" permissions on
their account.
If the permissions are correct they should have read only permissions for
everyone else.
