Re: New user accounts disabled

This may is a replication delay, you may have created the accounts at one
domain controller, and trying to authenticate against another where the
replication hasn't take place yet. Objects are replicated first as disabled
if users, and after that the attributes replicates, or the data within the
attributes, and the user objects becomes enabled when the replication is
completed.
