Adprep question

Hello,

I am preparing to add a windows 2003 (SP1 downloading now) to a mixed
mode windows 2000 ad. I read the adprep kb article and was a little
confused about which switches I needed to run from the following:

/forestprep

/domainprep

/domainprep /gprep

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am also wondering if I need
to be at the console to run adprep or if I can run it in a terminal
services session?
