Looks like site-based _ldap lookups aren't working.

If you haven't already, install the support tools on this DC, and then run
the following commands. Think about the errors. Post them here if you
want.

C:\>nltest /dsgetdc:domain-name.com
C:\>nltext /dsgetsite
C:\>nltest /dnsgetdc:domain-name.com

C:\>nslookup -type=srv _ldap._tcp.dc._msdcs.domain-name.com

C:\>netdiag /test:dns
