Identity Management - User Storage Provisioning

We're migrating away from NetWare. Currently we're provisioning user
accounts using the Nsure Identity Management(DirXML) product from Novell,
and a product called File System Factory(FSF) to provision user home
directories and group storage on our NetWare servers. FSF uses
user/group/OU based polices to create, manage, and delete user home
directories and shared(group) storage.

Anyone here know of...or using anything that does the same thing as FSF in
an AD only environment?
