Pete,
I think I see where the problem is (if I have read your setup correctly)!
You are pointing the My Documents to the users' 'H' drive. You can't do
that. Redirection requires mapping to a UNC path and cannot map to a drive!
I am sure that if you look at the Event Logs, you will notice the failure of
the GPO (USERENV) at the local level. To test, you can run through the RSoP
in GPMC (Group Policy Management Console).By running Group Policy Results
Wizard and assigning a PC and a User, you can see exactly what is being
applied.
