When I see 1203 and 1722, I think networking.
The following are suspect:
1) Port blockage between servers
2) Name resolution
3) Other sorts of networking issues (lack of connectivity between the points
for some reason, packet loss, etc.).

These errors are typically a result of a network connectivity issue of some
sort between the hosts.

The way I usually tackle them is this:
1) I pick two machines that are in the problem state, where i fail on this
test
2) I proceed to do a series of tests to "build upward" from the ground to
see what succeeds and what fails
    a) can I resolve the name of each from the other
    b) can I ping each from the other
    c) can I access a share from one to the other
    d) break out tools like port query to ensure full network connectivity
for the required ports, especially RPC

Hope this helps. Please holler if it doesn't, or there is something else we
can do to help. :)

~Eric
