Hi,

First of all, sorry for my bad english.

I try to build a custom MMC console to allow a group of users to reset
other users's passwords.

I used the 'Delegation of Control' Wizard to give my group the
appropriate rights over AD (i.e "reset password and force change")

When I use this console on a client computer (XP SP2 + adminpack), I can
reset the password, but the checkbox "User must change password at next
logon" is not available (greyed out) : (

Nevertheless, if I check the properties of the user (right clik over my
user) I want to modify, I can check the checkbox "User must change
password..." in the "Account" tab. (So I have the right to do this, but
nothing else)

In need the process to reset password to be as simple as possible : How
can I enable the "User must change password" checkbox in the "reset
password" dialog box ?

Thank you for your help.

PS : Maybe I'm doing something wrong. Any tutorial on building such a
console might help.
