Hi, probably the subject for this topic involves more complexity that it
appears.

I am a network administrator for my organization. In IT department, we have
a Help Desk's (HD) staff.
Actually my HD's staff works in computers with Administrative Tools
installed. Obviusly, I have delegated them specific Administrative Tasks over
Active Directory.

Now, I need that they can modify the membership of a group to include and
exclude a user as need. Nevertheless, I want to uninstall the Admins Tools,
from their computers.
The questions are:
1.- With the Task Pad View from the MMC, Can I accomplish this goal?

If not,

2.- Can you tell me how I be able to delegate administrative tasks without
install Admins Tools? (example: through a customized graphical interfase)
