Good to hear from you.
According to your message, you want to let the boss to access certain
folders, even the admins cannot access them.
In windows, we use NTFS permissions to secure files. As Paul suggested, we
can set permissions on that folder and let your boss to access them.
However, admin level users can easily gain back the permissions since they
have the highest rights in a domain.
To work around this, you can make your boss the only admin in your domain,
which I think is not practical, or ask for help with some 3rd party
encryption tools.
As Doug Frisk suggested, EFS is also a good choice. Pay attention to his
