can't see group when adding a group or a user to a group...

Hi guy's ! i've never encounter this probleme before...i am running Server
2003.. i've made few group.. when i try adding these group to another group..
on the search engine.. they don't fin them... if i search it jujst by search
by thr AD .. they find it..

weird... all my group are Local - security group.... thx they have instance
name between { } tag ... thx
