using this procedure You will have new domain and new exchange
organisation, You will have to add your computers to this new domain and
build all from the sratch. This is not migration but You are going to
build new domain with the same data.
OUs are for management and clients did not see them - putting users and
stations in the same OU in new domain will do nothing, becouse the
domain SID and accounts will be different.
Why You don't want to make in'place upgrade of your domain? Or If you
don't want to make in-place upgrade make a migration with a swing - add
another DC to Your domain, build another exchange machine, move Your
resources to this new servers, remove old server from domain, rebuild it
, rejoin to domain and move back resources. This will give You clean
windows installation.
