Hello Chris,
The easiest way is to change the settings you want to delegate in a
example useraccount, and then use ADSIEdit.msc to browse and locate
through the attributes of that useraccount and note which attributes
you have changed.
ADSIEdit.msc is part of the support tools on your Windows Server 2003
Installation CD in the directory \support
