Dodo,
If the users are in the same domain and have network ID's, change sharing
rights by removing EVERYONE and adding "Authenticated Users". Any user in
your domain will have access and you can avoid anyone that is not a domain
user. I ALWAYS recommend against using "Guest" accounts if at all possible.
