Hello Eloy,

If you have your sites and site-links configured than you usually don't
need to create replication connections and you are perfectly able to
rely on the automatic created replication connection.

If you have your DNS-Zones integrated into active directory, and the
replication scopes are configured as you want them (usually with WS2k3
you have _msdcs.yourcompany.com replicated to all AD DNS-Servers in the
Forest, and yourcompany.com to all AD DNS-Servers in the Domain) you
don't need to enable Zone-Transfers. If you have secondary DNS-Servers
pulling the zone you'll have to configure zone-transfers for those at
the servers who hold the primary zone.
