Windows 2003 domain admin password reset or recovery.

This may not be correct place to post this but here goes.

I just started in a position monday, where the previous admin is withholding
all the admin passwords for the 2003 boxes (of couse these are the boxes that
everyone is using.) Is there a way of any kind to recover the password or
reset with the least amount of damage...
