According to the fix this is a bug in the 'find computers tool' of ADUC on
Windows 2003 Server.
So any W2K3 server where you use ADUC to find computers will need this fix.
It's happening because of the 'cause' section of the KB883480
It has nothing to do with the domain functional level.
