NT4 Trusts Server 2003 Access is denied

Hi Folks!

I make migration nt 4--> Server 2003, when i made GPO change SMB signing,
then I cant go SYSVOL share, but KB article 839499 helped.
But now trust NT4 and W2k3 not work Access is denied, when i try make trust
NT4DOMAIN, come warning The operation failed. The error is:Access is denied.
Explore windows network NT4DOMAIN is not accessible, explore
server2003domain nt 4 server all folders are useful.
What is go wrong?
