You're right. One of the problems is the link between sites and I will not
trust in it for a complete Directory Replication.

So, you think that the best way is to deploy a temporary PDC role-holder?
What happens if I rename the actual Domain Controler and change its IP
address? My idea was to do it before configure the new server, and then name
the new one with the old name and configure its IP with the older IP name. Is
it possible?
