I have a Windows 2000 Active Directory domain and the
workstations run Windows XP Professional. I have a GPO
linked to an OU, and in the "Computer
Configuration -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings ->
File System", I added a folder that I want to apply
these permissions for a group: GrpForApp1 - Full Control.

The folder is dispalyed in the format "%SystemDrive%\Program Files\App1" or
"%programfiles%\App1".
The problem is, on some Windows XP Professional workstations,
the group GrpForApp1 is not applied into the folder security!
(All other settings specified in the GPO are applied).

Is there anything else I should do
to define these NTFS permissions by Group Policy?

Thanks,
PAP
