you can create as many security groups on the domain as you need and name them accordingly. then add the appropriate security group to the local groups/PowerUsers group.

at least, that's what we do. ymmv.

We don't add any local users to anything on the local machines, only security groups which have domain members -- that way the only local machine log on available is "administrator" -- everything else is a domain log on.
