Administrator rights...

Hi,

A few months ago we have moved to Active Directory, and it help us a lot in
terms of management but we are having some issues in running some third
party software that can't run when the user is just a domain user but when
we give them administrator rights, it works.

We don't want to give them administrator rights but how do we allow that
third party software to run for that domain user ?
