You'll have to explain that to me again : )

You can delete the trust object using ADSIEdit, but lets try getting rid of
it 'gracefully' first...

The problem is that the trust that is in there isn't actually a second
domain, it's a server. Apparently the guy that was here before installed 
this
server and for some reason added it as a trusted domain.
It doesn't seem to be causing any issues that I can see, but it's sure
bugging the crap out of me having it there when it shouldn't be! :)
