hi..
it seems ur AD database is not uptodate or u have restored server before
tombstone period which is 60 days default for windows 2000 if u hasn,t edited
it. if ur backup is 60 days old than there is no way u can restore ur AD
database . try by restoring AD with latest backup and than replicate to
win2k3
