Thanks Al.
May I'm a little dense; maybe I can't see what's in front of me. Maybe I
like things simple without having to script something (seeing as I have never
written a script before and feel that Microsoft should provide admin tools
without scripts!). Enough.
I am familiar with the DNScmd and have used it. Within the DNS command
options, nowhere do I see a command to SEARCH for a host record and REPLACE
a Host record in multiple domains in an AD/DNS folder. Nowhere do I see a
command option to SEARCH for a name server and REPLACE it with another Name
Server in multiple domains. All of the commands I see under the DNScmd appear
to apply to one zone or one server.
Regards.
