As I said - the mode of the domain needs to be either Windows 2000
native or Windows Server 2003 mode, group nesting is not supported in
Windows 2000 mixed or Windows Server 2003 interim mode.

I'm talking about Active Directory Domain Functional Levels - you can
see and configure that using Active Directory Users and Computers,
click on the domain, right click, change domain functional level or so
(not sure about the specific wording).
