Hello Patrick,
First of all - you have a single label domain name which is everything
but recommended. Google these groups to find loads of issues and
warnings about single label domain names.
To your issue - do you have the group "Anonymous Logon" on your domain?
It's supposed to be there, and you could try to add it manually to the
"pre-Windows 2000 Compatible Access" group and rerun adprep. If that
doesn't help look at the
Then make sure before the upgreade that all FSMO-roles are available.
Check the DCs with "dsdiag /v" first.
The log file you posted guides you to look in the log file Adprep.log
in the system root System32\Debug\Adprep\Logs directory for more
information. Have you looked in this file? What does it mention
(relevant part only).
