My advice.....disable the MSlicensing service on all servers on your
network.
MS has not done much to this component since NT4 days, and it suffers in
scalability and managability.
It is even disabled by default on W2K3 systems.
This component is nothing but a pain.
Use another method to adhere or track licensing compliance.
