Restrict user could only logon for one time

There were a windows 2003 DC in our working environment.I would like to know
if it were possible to restrict user could only logon for one time on any
computer.
That is,if user "john" logon to domain on computer 1,he could not logon to
domain on computer 2 except he have logoff the domain on computer 1.If the
answer were "Yes",please let know how to configure it.Thanks!
