Hello again David,
I se no use to change this, since the Display Name are used for display in
the GAL and as from for the recipient. For what I understand its only used
to create the first default e-mail address. Configure the Recipients Policy
to set another Primary e-mail address, well you can post this question in
the exchange group as well for best support and assistance.
