You are correct. I have already done KB 250455. Now every time a new user
account is added it correctly fills in the Display field. What I am talking
about is found under the Exchange General tab on the Properties of a user
object. The field is ALIAS and by default logon name is used but we would
like to change to last name, first name (%<sn>, %<givenName>)
