2000 & 2003 use multi-master replication, so the idea of PDC vs. BDC has
largely gone away. That said, 2000 and 2003 DCs can co-exist in the same
Active Directory domain very easily. The only thing that will be affected
is which domain- and forest-functional level you can use:
