Hi

Hopefully someone can help
I created a new user call "Jason" in Server 2003 Active Directory Users and
Computers
I pointed his profile to \\Servername\Profiles\%username%
I create a folder called Profiles and shared it, under permissions I gave
"Jason" full control.
In the Profiles folder I created a folder called "Jason" and again gave his
full control.

I then created a Group Policy called "Jason Policy"
I entered the properties of the Group policy, Security tab and ensured
"Jason" had the Read and the Apply Policy ticks selected.

I then Logged on to the Domain with the user name Jason and the Group Policy
has not taken effect. Also the folder "Jason" in the Profiles folder is still
empty meaning it is using aeither a temp profile or a local one.

I have logged onto the client system as the administrator and deleted any
profiles relating to Jason and still when I log on to the doain the profile
has not taken effect.

Domain details:
IP address 192.168.1.2 (Manual Setting)
Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0
Deault Gateway: 192.168.1.1 (Wirless Modem, Router, DHCP Server)
DNS: 192.168.1.2

Client Details:
IP address: 192.168.1.3 (Manual setting)
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway: 192.168.1.1
DNS: 192.168.1.2

DHCP is setup on the sever with 192.168.1.3 reserved to the clients MAC
address of the wireless adapter.

Someone please help

Thanks in Advance
Ian
