Hi Rick,

Thank you very much for the URL. In fact, the problem is fixed. You are
right! It is the time server problem. However, I do not know where exactly
the problem at since I do not have the root domain admin. right.

Rick, I do have a question of the GC role in a domain, Will be a problem if
there is no GC role in all the DCs at root domain?
