AD policy for SP2 firewall port opening

Got 2003 AD & XP SP2 clients.
Need to open port 6129 on all SP2 clients.
How to do that.

Also I have a mix of 2000 and XP SP1 clients. How will a AD policy effect those machines that do not have the Microsoft
firewall from SP2?
